I replaced the case and buttons using my factory circuit card and it was a perfect fit. I did cut the "emergency alarm" red button down to minimum height because it kept setting off the alarm when I pulled it in and out of my pants pocket. Since I didn't program the new remote I cannot comment on suitability as a complete replacement.
