Worked well, transponder and remote are programmed separately. I tried a different brand first and had to return it because remote start wasn't working but everything else was. With this brand however everything worked well first try.
The keys are fully functional and will work to lock/unlock and remote start. I would give it 5 stars but the range is not so great. FOBs on Amazon are hit or miss. I got lucky with this one! Good luck!
Works great on my car
I was worried from reviews about remote start button not working but I think people are buying this without having the factory starter option on their truck and thinking this is all you need for it to work. But it’s not, you need to get it activated by dealer and have an antenna installed.All buttons work as they should. But there is 2 different programming for the key fob to work. One is for the key to be able to start the truck and the other is for the lock and unlock buttons to work.
Good build quality. Feels and looks like OEM. After having this cut and programmed I'm getting an error message on my 2011 F-350 6.7L. The error message states "Starting system error" but the truck starts and drives fine and leaves no error code. Could be in the key or could be in the program. Will update when I can figure out the issue. Otherwise, very happy with this item and would recommend.
